Reform heavy-duty knife grinder
This long-bed knife grinder came in rusted, with its slides exposed and guards missing. We stripped it, rebuilt the grinding head and table drive, fitted new guards and covers, and repainted it before loading it out for delivery.

Hulse & Co centre lathe
Collected seized from a shed, fully stripped, reground, fitted with new geared-motor drives and delivered back to work.

Collected
The lathe came to us corroded and seized, after years standing in a shed.

Stripped & reground
Every assembly came off. The bed and ways were reground and the castings repainted.

Rebuilt
Worn drives were replaced with new geared motors, then the machine was reassembled and tested.

Delivered
Loaded, transported and offloaded at the customer’s site, ready to cut again.
H.W. Kearns & Co horizontal boring mill
A classic British horizontal borer brought back to working order and repainted in traditional machinery green.
Ajax Cleveland milling machine
Reconditioned, fitted with a new electrical control box and loaded for delivery to the customer.
