CNC & conventional machining
One-off spares, reverse-engineered parts and batch work, machined on VMC, CNC and conventional machines by people who also rebuild them.

Parts when you can’t buy them
When a part for an older machine or plant item is no longer available, we can make it from a drawing or from the worn original. We model it in 2D or 3D, program it and machine it in-house.
Capabilities
- VMC milling
- CNC turning
- Conventional turning and milling
- Gear cutting
- Tool, jig and die making
- 2D/3D modelling
- CNC programming
- Reverse engineering from samples
Bring a sample
A worn or broken part is often enough. We measure it, model it and make a replacement — and can tell you why it wore.
Made by machine builders
Because we rebuild machine tools, we understand how a part works in the assembly, not just what the drawing says.
How it works
- Send a drawing or sample. Photos with key sizes are enough to start a quote.
- We model and quote. Material, quantity and lead time confirmed.
- Machine and inspect. Made on VMC, CNC or conventional machines and checked.
- Collect or deliver. Ready for collection at KwaMashu, or delivered.
