KwaZulu-Natal’s sugar mills are a core part of our work: centrifuges, crystallisers, pumps and gearboxes overhauled in the off-crop and repaired fast during crushing.
Parts we can’t buy, we make
Shafts, bushes and gears for older equipment are machined in our own workshop.
How it works
- Plan the overhaul. Agree the scope and timing around your shutdown.
- Strip and inspect. Wear measured and a parts list confirmed.
- Rebuild to OEM spec. Parts machined or sourced, assemblies rebuilt.
- Reinstall and commission. Fitted back on site and run up.

Can you overhaul sugar centrifuges?
Yes, both batch and continuous centrifuges.
Do you supply the labour for shutdowns?
