Who we are
Machine Tool Refabrication and Sales cc (“we”, “us”) is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. Our head office is at 4 Torvale Crescent, KwaMashu Highway Open Space, KwaMashu, 4360.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, phone number, email address and the details you choose to give us about your machine or job. If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive the information you send through those channels.
Why we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, carry out and invoice the work you ask for, and keep records we’re legally required to keep. We don’t sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run this website and our email (such as our web host), and where the law requires it. They may only use it for the purpose we give them.
Security and retention
Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The map on our contact page only loads from Google when you choose to show it. If spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA) is enabled on the enquiry form, Google’s privacy policy applies to it.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, object to its use, or complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. To make a request, email us or call the office.
